This fabulous, typical Majorcan cottage with private pool is near Inca, in the centre of Mallorca and welcomes 5 guests. A verdant garden is a heavenly place to relax, sunbathe on one of six sun loungers or take a refreshing exterior shower. In the midst of the garden stands out the big, 10.5m x 5.2m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.1m and 2.2m. Two natural fish ponds are the home of colourful fishes and water plants. The house offers accommodation on one floor and 250m2. At the entrance, a hall gives access to a cosy sitting room, where to watch a film on the satellite-TV. In the dining room you can share laughs and talks with your loved ones. The kitchen with A/C, vitro hob and TV (no satellite, only local channels) is well-equipped, providing all amenities needed for cooking. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (one with air conditioning) that have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a third with a single bed. The last two bedrooms also have shared air conditioning. Two more bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, complete the floor. You'll find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in one of the bathrooms. There's one cot and one high chair and we can supply another on request. This distinctive house is just 1km from Inca, where you'll find everything you may need during your holidays, including good restaurants and supermarkets. Thursday takes place the traditional market, where to buy fresh fruits, vegetables and knick-knacks. If you like to be in nature, you can make a trip to the chapel of Santa Magdalena or the Monastery of Lluc. The north coast, especially Puerto de Alcúdia, is wonderful for a beach-day and it is about 25 km away. Furthermore, the coast is nice for cycling routes, spending a day in the water park of Alcúdia or just enjoy the fine grained sand beach. The north of Alcúdia surprises with small beaches like La Victoria and Playa de Sant Joan. If you're into golf, you can practise the perfect tee-off in Alcanada. Note: We cannot accept guests under 27 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. There's exterior parking for 5 cars. The fireplace can not be used. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
