this property this property is the perfect holiday home for a group looking to stay in a house that is not top modern, but incredibly authentic and charming and located in beautiful nature surroundings , yet still incredibly close to the fabulous city Barcelona. The holiday home can accomodate 9 (+2) guests. this property is located in a nature park surrounded by 67 hectares of  forest. The holiday home has fantastic outdoor areas – an absolute must when spending the summer in Catalonia! The green garden surrounding the house, has plenty of benches and tables and shady areas where you will be able to relax and enjoy the great weather. The pool area is levelled a little higher from the house, and has sunchairs etc. lined up on the side. The holiday home has fantastic outdoor areas – an absolute must when spending the summer in Catalonia! The pool area is levelled a little higher from the house, and has sunchairs etc. lined up on the side. The pool is very safe and good for children, as it has a very low end. There is also a very cozy covered terrace by the end of the pool with an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is even table tennis in the garden, where the children and adults can entertains themselves with a game. The house itself is incredibly authentic and very charming, with its original framework and construction. Although the house has been renovated, the owners have chosen to keep the house’s original construction which dates all the way back to 1663. These historical features of the house can among other things be recognized by the beautiful Catalan limestone walls and the wooden beams in the ceilings. The common rooms are located on the ground floor. Here you will find a cozy loungeroom with couches and chairs. There is a large flat screen TV and the house also has WIFI. The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher machine, stove, washing machine etc. It also has a small table which can seat around 4 people. In the next room is the dining room. The room is decorated with authentic wooden furniture, including a wooden piano. This room also has door which provides access to the garden. There are 4 bedrooms in total. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of them is a double room and the other is a triple room. They share the bathroom on the ground floor. The second floor is separated into two sections, with one bedroom in each section, which provides privacy. Therefore there are two sets of stairs, leading up to the second floor. In one of the ends you will find a triple bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. On the same level, next to this room is a very old and charming library filled with books. When entering the other end of the second floor, you will find the large master bedroom and the luxurious master bathroom with a very large bath tub and shower. One of the greates things about this property is its fantastic location. Although the holiday home is located in what feels like the middle of the nature park, it is not far from the city life. Just 10 minutes away from the house is a motorway that can take you directly to the center of Barcelona city within a 30-40 minute drive. Other than that, there is also a cute small town just 4 km away from the holiday home. Because this property is located in the nature park, there is rich possibility to go hiking. There is for example, a hike from the house that takes you up to a local restaurant, a great day activity for the active people in the group. If you are a big fan of shopping, there is a La Roca Village outlet just a 10 minute drive away from the house. this property is a great holiday home, with authentic, traditional and charming frameworks.
