We enjoyed a 3 night stay in November 2023 at Top of the Bay in Arthur's Seat. House is well fitted out, light and bright with warm and comfortable beds. Layout of the two separate bedrooms, each with their own ensuites, is great when travelling with a teenager who likes their space! Wifi very good, minor trouble accessing a TV show on a streaming service but help with remote control use promptly provided by property manager. And the view really is as lovely as the photo on the website suggests! Thanks for a great stay :-)

Lovely getaway
Our holiday here was exactly what we needed. It was quiet, with fabulous birdlife coming to visit (ducks, magpies, rosellas, kookaburras, butcherbirds). The view was lovely and it was very impressive watching the weather come in across the peninsula. The house is exactly as pictured, clean and well stocked. A small issue that we had was quickly addressed when we called the number provided, which was excellent. I'd love to see this place in summer!

Great little house
This is a nice new little house in an excellent condition and with million-dollar views over the Port Phillip Bay. The house is very clean, and has good-quality facilities and appliances. There are excellent walks (e.g. in the Seawinds Gardens) and some major attractions (e.g. Arthurs Seat Eagle and Enchanted Adventure Garden) in close proximity. The house next door is a building site, though, luckily for us, it was inactive during our visit.
