Villa
The Villa is in a desirable location, in a quiet area but close enough to the hub of the Golf Village. Just a 5 minute walk to the 5* Hotel and Golf Driving range, Pro shop, Club House Bar and Restaurants. The Villa is detached and has adaptable and spacious ground floor living accommodation , including a sunroom/garden room with dinning area , modern Kitchen and separate spacious Lounge , which can be used as 4th Bedroom. ( with 2 single sofa beds or a double) The garden room has glass walls to 2 sides which in summer time are removed for a fresh alfresco lounge area. There is a small laundry room off the kitchen and a downstairs cloakroom/shower room. The rear garden has fantastic front line views over the first fairway and Green. If you enjoy watching golf, you won’t get a better view!...
