I use a professional management agency to handle most queries, the details will be in the flat. However, I am only 10 miles away and I like to know that you gain entry easily. So you can contact me when you get there. The key will be available in a key safe with a code access. This is in the courtyard on the wall beside the kitchen door.

This apartment is in a beautiful, convenient setting, which is close to the train station. The owner is a lovely, approachable man, who is happy to help if you need him and provides you with lots of local information; there are lots of places to visit that are close by. Everything that you could possibly need and more is provided...

Our second fantastic stay in this lovely accommodation. Everything here, just as last time, was superb - clean, tidy, well situated, a perfect base for exploring the local area. Great communication from start to finish, would 100% recommended and would not hesitate in re-booking.

Wonderful location close to St Ives and transport. Owner had stated that garage was small and would not take a large car, however we could not fit our small rental car in at all. Some minor maintenance issues which owner is addressing. He is very responsive to any issues and was a delight to deal with. Unit could do with...

Although outside of St Ives, the beachside holiday cottages in Carbis Bay have the most superb views overlooking golden sands and are just a short train ride direct to the centre of St Ives.
