This spacious vacation house is located at Port la Nouvelle. Our house is comfortable and newly renovated (100 m2).<BR>Facing the Mediterranean Sea, please install comfortably in the veranda and watch the landscape and the sky always animated.<BR><BR>The house is air conditioned. You can cook in an open space living room. The blue bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200). The green bedroom is equipped with the twin beds (90x200). Fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, Coffee maker, oven, hob, microwave as well as plates and cutlery for 6 people.<BR><BR>At the property there are also washing machine, dryer, barbecur, 102 cm flat TV, free Internet and wifi, garage. SUPERBE
Maison superbe ! emplacement parfait, de plein pied, très bien équipée et TRES propre ! terrasse très agréable et une véranda parfaite. Nous y étions durant une semaine avec nos enfants de 4 et 2 ans ils ont adoré pouvoir observer les bateaux qui passent juste devant. Vraiment une très bonne adresse que nous gardons précieusement pour de futures vacances.

Magnifique séjour
Cette location est idéale : bel appartement indépendant, moderne, bien équipé. zen et spacieux, magnifique et immense terrasse intime avec piscine hors sol et salon, grande véranda ... Vues magiques. sur le chenal et la mer : ballet de bateaux petits et grands garanti. Marché deux fois par semaine et vente de poissons par les pêcheurs devant la maison, proximité immédiate de la mer et des festivités. Feu d’artifice du 15/08 aux premières loges !
Superbe !
Sans compter la gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte. Merci Alexandre, nous reviendrons !

Great location, very central and spacious Villa.
Our first time to Port La. Nouvelle. Villa is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and tourist office.
Owner very obliging and accommodating, made sure our visit was most comfortable.
Villa had good amenities for a family which ensured a good stay.

Des vacances au top!
Un hébergement de très bonne qualité. Nous sommes une famille avec 4 enfants (10a, 8a, 7a et 2a1/2). Nous avons apprécié l'espace offert par cette villa. La véranda face au chenal du port permet de profiter du paysage lors des repas.
Les enfants ont profité pleinement de la piscine (1,20m de profondeur sur environ 4m de diamètre) et du trampoline mis à disposition.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles.
Une location à recommander vivement....

Fabulous Villa, spacious, clean and modern!
We had a great week at this Vlla so a big thank you to Alexandre and his family. The Villa is spacious for 2 people, with a modern, clean kitchen complete with plenty of cooking utensils, modern oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer. There is also a washing machine and drier in the Villa which came in handy for washing beach towels.
Everything was sparkling clean! There is also air conditioning. The double bed was comfy so we slept well. There is plenty of free parking directly outside on the street or opposite facing the sea.
We cooked mainly on the BBQ most nights which you can wheel just outside the enclosed balcony then eat on the balcony overlooking a sea view. There is also an eating table inside , adjacent to the kitchen which is open plan with the lounge area. This pretty modern Villa is based in a bustling port with views of the sea, a twice weekly market right outside and fish sellers directly opposite. There are also small shops including a bakery nearby and large supermarket just 5-8 min drive away.
The balcony has plenty of seating plus a large eating table and is enclosed by glass shutters so you can pull closed when windy or leave open for a breeze. The decking area outside has a great free-standing pool and trampoline, sun loungers and seating. It was also nice sitting outside on the decking in the evening overlooking the sea front.
This is a great location to explore the local area, with some pretty local beaches. There is a beach at Port la Nouvelle but we found a really beautiful one with great waves at Leucate Plage. Fitou wine region is also not far in the car and worth a trip.
The holiday let is on the first floor of the building and the owners live downstairs which was also very handy in case of query. Maybe in view of the stairs, this may not be suitable for someone who has trouble with stairs and as there is a balcony on the decking area, if you had small children, you would need to supervise at all times. Otherwise, this place is fabulous and great for a couple or family.
Alexandre, the owner was very helpful and speaks English The Villa was perfect for us and his wife also cooked a great Vietnamese meal for us one night at a cost of just 20 Euros per head. It was delicious!. Definitely recommended, a lovely Villa and the owners also gave a brilliant service!!

Logement très bien équipé, une superbe véranda et une grande terrasse avec piscine...très bien !
les points perfectibles sont la literie et le stationnement.
Les points forts sont la proximité de tout (mer, commerces, activités, festivités, marché...). On pose la voiture et on fait tout à pied !

Very nice villa with friendly owners
My wife, our 11 year old daughter and I stayed at Villa la Laotienne for the first two weeks in July this year. The upstairs villa is nicely renovated, spacious and bright and furnished/equipped with everything that you could need. It is also very clean. The owner, Alexander, and his wife were friendly and hospitable and did everything they could to make our stay an enjoyable one. The beds were very comfortable which ensured a good night's sleep every night. There is also a great outdoor area to lie in the sun or take a dip in the pool or cook a BBQ. There are two bakeries, both only metres from the front door, to buy freshly baked breads and croissants etc for breakfast every morning.
Several of the local restaurants were disappointing and we felt that you had to go inland or to Narbonne etc to access better quality cuisine.
The town of Port la Nouvelle is both industrial and touristy at opposite ends but the beach is nice and it is a good base from which to explore Narbonne and Perpignan (both lovely cities) as well as the several inland sights like the canals, villages and winelands etc. Overall we had a very nice holiday here and can strongly recommend Villa la Laotienne for high quality self-catering accommodation

Sehr schönes Appartement mit Meerblick
Große und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Port la Nouvelle direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet (s. auch Bilder in der Internetpräsenz). Alles ist supersauber und von der Veranda hat man uneingeschränkten Meerblick. Trotz der Größe wird die Wohnung auch für kürzere Zeiträume als eine Woche vermietet. Die netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter wohnen selbst im Erdgeschoß.

Logement de qualité, confortable et bien situé
Très bon séjour dans cet endroit reposant.
Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute pour vous faire passer d'agréables vacances.
La cuisine asiatique proposée est très raffinée.
L'appartement est spacieux et très confortable.
Bonne mention également pour l'accueille de notre jeune fils (mobilier adapté, chaise et lit bébé à disposition).
De bonnes bases pour des vacances réussies.
