The apartment is spotless, spacious, and convenient to the beaches as well as the town center.
Maria's apartment was perfect for our stay in Gioiosa Marea. The rooms are well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The porch outside is a quiet spot to read or have lunch, and the neighborhood is quiet, but friendly. Maria was available when we had questions, and to ensure all of our needs were met. We had a lovely stay!

Appartamento confortevole. Bella la Sicilia.
abitazione carina, luminosa e fresca; spazi e accessori adeguati per famiglia di 5 persone; esercizi commerciali vicini (supermercati, pescherie, panetteria, arancini ecc.); parcheggio auto comodo. Gioiosa è una cittadina carina. A pochi km da accesso autostrada per visite verso Palermo (casello Brolo) e Messina/Catania (casello Patti). Spiagge limitrofe da raggiungere in auto come villaggi/club nei pressi a entrate giornaliere o abbonamenti (piscina. tennis, animazione, ecc.). Abbiamo portato la bici ma utilizzata poco. Da Milazzo (50 km) imbarco per Eolie. E' stata una bellissima vacanza.

Buona soluzione
L'appartamento è molto ampio, discretamente arredato e funzionale. È dotato di un terrazzo comodo per mangiare e di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Comunque è fresco. Essendo al piano terreno ci sono un po' di insetti nonostante le zanzariere. Molti supermarket sono raggiungibili a piedi. Rappresenta una buona soluzione per visitare i dintorni e non solo. Dalla vicina spiaggia, dal mare limpido, si gode di uno stupendo tramonto. Noi siamo andati alle isole Eolie con una barca affittata. Non è necessaria la patente nautica. Bellissima esperienza anche per i meno esperti.
