'Casa Conti di Sotto' is a small ,private,rural house , a little resort with 7 independents houses, renovated in 2020 and 2 new Villas in the new area vip with private heated hydromassage, area fitness, barbecue and private cover parking for each house parking.The farmhouse 'Casa Conti di Sotto' is located between the green Mediterranean maquis and marvellous undulating landscape at only 10 minutes from the best beaches ( 'Casa Violina' Punta Ala ' Follonica Beach ) and reef of Tuscany, just in front of Elba Island. The Farmhouse Casa Conti di Sotto lies at the very heart of the 'Maremma Toscana', just few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of 'Riviera Toscana 2 ( 'Cala Violna', 'Punta Ala' ). It is just 1 km from Gavorrano, a little old village (where you'll find good restaurants, pizzerie, bar, theatre, cinema, supermarket open also in Sunday, (pro loco informations-local market). Pisa and Siena at 1 hour by car, Rome and Florence at 2 hours by car. In 2 hours is possible to arrive in Elba Island. Golf at only 3 km ' IL Pelagone'. perfect place
