A 3 bedroom detached house situated on Pevensey Bay beach and close to Pevensey Bay shops and amenities. The property comprises 3 double bedrooms (one double bed, 4 single beds), games/playroom, family bathroom, en-suite bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, spacious living room with direct access to decked area onto the beach, and beach garden, driveway parking for 2 vehicles, gas central heating.

To the rear there is a decked terrace area, directly overlooking the beach and out to sea! and a beach rear garden with picnic bench
Paved patio/terrace to front with views over farmland.
Further area of enclosed shingle garden to the front of the property.

View could not be better looking out to sea very quiet area house is just right a bit big for 1 person but never mind it was peace and quiet i needed and weather very good.

Couldn't get a better view of the sea. Location, Location,Location.....this has it in 'spades' !! With careful parking, room for 3 cars out front. Dog friendly house and beach. Quite a few stairs so if you struggle with stairs don't book this property. Fabulous view...More

The house is located on Coast Road in Pevensey Bay and directly on the beach, it is about a 15 -20 minute (depending on how quick you walk) to the village center with its amenities and shops, pubs/restaurants and take away outlets or 5 minutes in the car. Asda is approx 2 miles away towards Eastbourne. The Castle Inn situated in the village is a must, they are very friendly and provide lovely food also your dogs are welcome too!
Normans Bay village is approx 1/2 mile away. The Star Inn Restaurant is situated in Normans Bay. There are various pubs/restaurants in the historic Village of Pevensey, along with Pevensey Castle and the 1066 Church.

There are buses from Pevensey Bay on a regular basis, Pevensey Bay railway station is approx 1.5 miles distant.

The property is located on the outskirts of Pevensey Bay, there is a driveway which will accommodate 2 vehicles. Bus stops are approx 1/2 mile distance and the nearest railway station is approx 2 miles distant. A car is recommended unless you like walking, as the area is level. There is a small Kiosk shop for the basics approx 1/2 mile up Coast Road.
