Refurbished to a high standard in 2016 this delightful cottage is situated in a rural location with direct views onto a picturesque lake. It's one of 11 cottages on a private development and has been decorated in a modern country style by its Interior Designer owner. With rural views back and front, and an abundance of wildlife on the lake, it will suit couples and families alike who long to escape the stresses of everyday life. The price you pay for such a peaceful setting is that there is no wifi. We see this as a plus, and our guests (once they get over the surprise) say that this only added to their relaxing experience. It's ideally situated in East Ruston near Stalham, which is handy for the nearby beaches, countryside of North Norfolk, the Broads, and the seaside towns of this wond...Refurbished to a high standard in 2016 this delightful cottage is situated in a rural location with direct views onto a picturesque lake. It's ideally situated in East Ruston near Stalham, which is handy for the nearby beaches, countryside of North Norfolk, the Broads, and the seaside towns of this wonderful coast. The city of Norwich is a half hour drive away. A key feature of the cottage is its peaceful setting. Children need to be supervised at all times as the lake is 8ft in depth. The accommodation itself offers two bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin - all beds have memory foam mattresses. Bathroom: bath with shower over and heated towel rail. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with flatscreen TV and DVD player and patio doors. Kitchen area with fridge/freezer, electric oven/hob and microwave. Utility room: shared, with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed patio with seating, with access to the lakes. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets. Location: beach 3 miles, shops 2.5 miles and pub walking distance (a 15 minute walk). More

This was our second visit in less than a year. We loved it. Everything as lovely as it was before. Comfy bed. All the essentials you could need. Really quiet (apart from our kids!). Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!
