There are two Visitor Information Centre locations in Banff: the primary location at 224 Banff Avenue, and the Information Desk at the Banff Heritage Railway station located at 327 Railway Avenue. The Visitor Information Centre in Lake Louise is located in the Samson Mall. At these locations, the friendly staff can help you plan all aspects your trip. There are two separate organizations that provide services at the Visitor Information Centres: Banff Lake Louise Tourism and Parks Canada.
