Major banks on the Dutch side include ScotiaBank, RBC (Royal Bank of Canada), CIBC First Carribean, and Winward Island Bank. ScotiaBank is part of the Global ATM Alliance along with Bank of America, and as such BOA customers are not charged an access fee or surcharge to use a Scotiabank ATM. PNB Parabis on the French side is also a member of the Global ATM Alliance.
