Pelican Bar It is probably one of the most recognizable bars in the Caribbean. The Pelican Bar can only be reached by boat and is located on a sand dune in the middle of the Caribbean Ocean. Located on the South Shore of Jamaica, there are day trips offered from Ocho Rios, Montego Bay and Negril. But we suggest staying at Jake Resort for a few days to get a feel for the laid back island life and to a private tour to the bar with Captain Joseph
