We had lunch at Brookwood whilst in Marg River and it was superb. A must go if in the area. It was gorgeous day to have lunch on the terrace whilst looking out to the Vineyards - the sun beaming down and the wine flowing. The staff were excellent both at lunch and at the cellar door - friendly, chatty and helpful. All the wines were great - loved the Brookwood bubbles. We decided to have a selection of tapas rather than mains - some of the best food we’ve eaten - beef mignon, green pea/feta crostini and Turkish bread with dukkah were outstanding. The food and wine is very affordable. Best tip, arrange a taxi to drop you off and pick you up so you don’t have to hold back. Thank you Brookwood for the best day.

Another lovely afternoon yesterday spent with great friends at this fantastic cafe! Beautiful vista, gorgeous fun staff and delicious food. The Asian spiced duck was a standout - so moist and tender it was falling of the bone - three of our group did not leave a crumb on their plates!! Others had the barramundi special, beef fillet and lamb and all were more than happy with their choice. Such a lovely relaxed cafe and dog friendly!! We will return.

Gorgeous setting and an excellent cellar door. The wines are wonderful as are the chutneys etc you can purchase.
The food unfortunately was terrible. They must have been very understaffed in the kitchen as it was over 90mins between ordering for the two of us and receiving out mains. I wish they would have advised this when we made the reservation.
The lamb was supposed to be medium rare but was well done, and the sides were very average. The duck was also so overcooked it was dry and the "Asian greens" were flavourless and dumped on the plate- inedible and such a disappointment! It was not at all worth the wait and there are so many other incredible places for lunch in the area.

We had the most enjoyable lunch at Brookwood Estate. How lucky were we to get a recommendation at Margaret River to visit this marvellous venue hidden away on a quiet rural side road. We were warmly welcomed and looked after well while we sat on the balcony overlooking a pristine vineyard enjoying lunch.
The tapas specials and one on the main menu were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, as was the cheese & fruit platter. The wine was so appealing that we joined up the membership. Highly recommended

We love to visit Brookwood Estate & enjoy a lovely meal at the cafe. The food is amazing & so reasonably priced. I recently visited again with a group of girls visiting the Southwest & they were very impressed. Once you place your food order, it's then time to have a tasting of all of the beautiful wines so you can choose which one to pair with your food. Owners Lyn & Trevor are very down to earth & friendly which flows through to the relaxed environment they have created. Brookwood is set back a long way from the road & has a lawn area - great for kids.
I highly recommend this gem!

Thank you Jo for writing such a lovely review about your recent Brookwood experience and bringing your friends for a relaxing lunch.
We strive to produce the highest quality of hand crafted wines and fresh local produce for the cafe on a very consistent level and it is
always nice to be publicly recognized.
We look forward to seeing you and your friends again soon and perhaps a hit of badmington on the lawn.
Kind regards
Trevor & Lyn and our highly valued team.
