Had a family holiday, wonderful place, very well maintained lawns and gardens. The resort offers an excellent view of the mountains especially the early morning views of the foggy western ghats are mesmerizing. All the staff are very courteous and very very responsive. All the departments house keeping reception and the restaurant staff are all very responsive and helpful. The bathrooms are very well maintained and neat with hot water supply round the clock.

The restaurant was good with delicious food served. Taste the local Kerala food to enjoy it. The staff are very cooperative to tell about the different varieties of local food.

The Wifi services are free but the connectivity is poor into the rooms, no issues as we are here for a break from all these activities. Not many activities in the resort except for the bonfire in the evenings and snooker for a few who enjoy it.

Room Tip: All the rooms are well maintained with good views, if possible prefer the one on 1st floor

Quick Prompt service. Delicious well- cooked food. The rooms , washrooms are clean and very well maintained. Great sit out places inside the property.. play area too for kids.Highly recommend This property. .5 stars..

Stayed there for 3 nights with family. Nice property, good housekeeping. Food is a big let down, as we tried at many times giving them feedback about non-veg food being stale. However it seems they have limitation in getting fresh stock, and rely on freezers more. Wifi doesnt work at all in this property. Even Airtel signals not available. That was a big let down.

Room Tip: Rooms in block 4 are well positioned on a higher elevation. each block offers 4 apartments.

We stayed here for three nights. Normally people visiting munnar don't do that but we wanted to relax and have an extended vacation at munnar. Its definitely worth staying for three nights four days only in Munnar if you are with family and in Siena Village. Slopy landscape is used to perfection. Kids do enjoy hanging out in premises. Location is perfect. Road from Munnar to Chinnakanal is closed probably for few weeks till the widening work is over. So those who are booking now should be aware of this and plan an extra hour for travel considering detour. The resort is on the east side of mountain ro early sunrise and early sunset for tourists. If you roam around munnar, plan to reach the hotel by 7 PM unless you and driver is accustomed to roads.

Having said that want to appreciate the hospitality, room service, yoga service, Jeep safari and restaurant. menu is not huge but whatever they have is good. Chapati on menu was a pleasant surprise. Also prepared Rice Payasam on our request although it was not on menu card. Chicken quality was good. Breakfast was awesome.

Weather is pleasant in March. Probably it will get warmer from mid-March. If you are staying in Chinnakanal, boating is available in Anairangal Dam. Hell of tea plantation on kolukkumalai hills. No need to actually visit munnar city. :p
