It was a pleasant stay thanks to Rawan Fakhouri. She made us feel at home and welcomed. The pros are great food, great rooms, great landscaping, and great amenities. Loved the swimming pools and the family friendly winter pool. The only downside is the flies: they are in huge numbers and quite annoying. There should be a tighter insect control.

I had my friends wedding on the 24th of Oct. When I first called them they started asking if it’s family or couples, I told them I’m a guy and only booking to attend the wedding next door but Marriott was fully booked and after a lot of back and forth and rude communication, they came back with an offer of 150JOD I specifically asked for a king bed with a sea view and also smoking, (keeping in mind that the rate on all platforms max was 135JOD) I accepted due to the urgency.
The shock is when I checked in the room, the room was filled with sand, the beds were stained, with the air vents filled with sand and the room was garden view not sea view and also I got double beds! When communicating with them they told me the hotel is already fully booked and can’t help and any cleaning or support will take time.
Then I checked it very late due to not accepting to check in before 4:00 pm so I asked kindly to check us out late after 12:00 if possible, they called at 11:30am the next morning waking me up from my sleep just to tell me I can check in at 12:30, while the operator tone was very rude and disrespectful.
This hotel literally was kicking us out, people always told me movenpick was the worst in service and rooms, but didn’t believe it was this bad until I experienced it.
This is the last time to ever go there and will definitely go to the hotel next door
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL!

Beautiful hotel, with friendly staff from the receptionist, house keeping, to restaurants, buggy drivers etc The staff are the asset of this hotel. The furnishings need an update.
We had an amazing time at the Zara Spa, beautiful pool there and Ahmad Salem was wonderful and recommended their signature massage treatment with salt and mud therapy, which I would highly recommend the girls Marville & Ruffa who did our treatments were professional & gave the most amazing, relaxing massages .
