It’s a nice hotel with a gorgeous green territory, good and tasty food, clean and daily cleaned rooms. Every thing looks sterile and clean. Good animation team with many activities. Good late evening shows. Clean and big pools plus beach area and sea-bridge.
But it has lots of details shouting “we are too old and broken”:
1. Bathroom door looks like falling a part, handle is falling out of the door. The door is difficult to close.
2. Shower door is missing a handle and it’s a challenge to open it with wet hands.
3. Sun chairs are still usable but more than a of them has broken functionality “up your kneels” for more convenient siting position.
4. And the winner is “Italian a la carts” for the God’s sake please avoid that place! None of food in it likes like Italian and the personnel...it seems they are rom cleaners but not waiters. And finally food in the main restaurant is much much better.
Please note, I’m reviewing Saphir4. I’ve also visited Saphir5 in the year it was opened. I clearly understand the difference between new and used.
So the summary: please do not doubt and spend here your holiday. Mentioned old things will not brake your emotions, but will definitely brake the hotels reputation.More
