We love this place. Location is perfect. Drinks excellent and usually food is perfect too.
This trip the food was good but not up to normal standard. Maybe they were busy but my flying fish cutter was over cooked and the bun was over toasted.
Worth a trip and perhaps we got them on a bad day because food has always been 10/10 and we have been 20 times previous at least.

A local recommended Juju’s to us & told us to try the Lionfish if it was available. It wasn’t listed on the menu board by I asked & they had it. We had never eaten Lionfish but have been wanting to try it. It was nothing short of amazing!! We also had fried flying fish plate, also delicious. And the handcut fries are still making my mouth water!

Location perfect, drinks cheap - half the price of other neighbouring establishments, a bit scruffy but it is just a beach bar, didn't eat here but seemed very popular for lunch and food inexpensive, service not good, not a lot if smiles here!

This bar is ok for a drink if you are staying near by and just want a drink or quick lunch but it certainly wouldn’t be rated very highly if there was more competition. The place is scruffy, the staff are surly and do the bare minimum to serve you eg I ordered a bottle of sparkling water and she tried to get away without giving me a glass or ice although both were available. At the point of serving me she broke off and went for an extended chat to some local guests who were leaving . The radio was blasting out a local station which had commentary and not music which did nothing to add to the atmosphere . The only thing that was acceptable was the food but that was not cheap and I have had as good in much nice surroundings.

Really quite disappointed with our day here. The place is not well kept at all. Junk and broken furniture left all round the place, including in the not very pleasant toilets. Staff clearly can’t be bothered to do too much.
That said, the barracuda and mahi mahi for lunch were pretty decent so food is okay.
Beach chairs available separately, big cushions in a very non-breathable plastic, so not great in the sun.
Parking is available a little way down the road, opposite the church but the walk is quite hairy at busy times.
Overall much preferred our day at Folkestone Marine Park just down the road ( no restaurant but The Sandpiper will let you in for a very good meal, not much more expensive than jujus in infinitely better surroundings.)
Santis beach bar very nearby was closed at lunchtime on the day we went but didn’t look a whole lot better. The houses wedged in around LoneStar and between these two beach bars are really guise rough..it’s a slightly strange area,
