A welcoming outback pub. Simple, basic but comfortable accommodation. Wholesome and nutritious barbecue meal provided on Sunday nights. Pleasant to sit at tables out on the front with a cold XXXXand watch the world go by.

A true outback pub with generous traditional pub meals. Fast, friendly service. Casual dining indoors or outdoors. Great place to meet other travellers, backpackers and local. Fire place out the back where you can sit have a beer and share your yarns.

We stayed on the way to the Big Red Bash in Birdsville. A cute pub with four motel style rooms out the back. All self contained. Campers welcome around the cottages. Very clean, hot shower and warm. Small kitchen. Tea and coffee provided. Eat at the pub. Mix with everyone. Entertainment on special events. Have a drink at the bar and chat to the friendly staff. Very relaxed.

We stopped overnight in Windorah and parked our camping trailer behind this wonderful pub. They let us camp for a donation to RFDS. They provided toilet an d the use of a shower. We of course visited the pub for drinks and lunch when we got there. The pub is casual with a good menu. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is motel and hotel style rooms. Everything is so CLEAN.
