This time we booked a custom built evening for 8 . We sprang it on Derek and Margaret that it was my husband's birthday and they opened on a tuesday and produced a candle in a cheesy speciality bread. As usual the menu was a culinary education from all over the world. We were especially pleased to be able to buy two of Derek's remarkable photography books at discount prices. Looking forward to the next occasion when someone asks us where we would love to go for a memorable dinner.
