This house is fabulous and everything has been thought of !! We travelled from Newcastle and had never been to sedgefield and we weren’t disappointed especially with our very own private pub !! We had an amazing time and Neil and Lesley greeted us on arrival and it’s true to say nothing was a problem or issue ! We would 1000% recommended this house to anyone it’s truly amazing

Stayed here with a group of friends for a long weekend at the end of March. The place was ideal for what we wanted. enough room for our large group, clean, tidy, beer on tap, pool table and local pubs that were very friendly. Sedgefield is the perfect spot to be close enough to larger towns but still have a rural feel, and I dont think you would get better accommodation anywhere else local. The owners Neil and Lesley couldn't have done more for us, a really nice and friendly couple, they also put us in touch with local events so we could fill our weekend with activities. Highly highly recommend. Thanks for having us.

We were a family of 16 to celebrate my birthday. What a perfect place for a family celebration. Large lounge, large dining room, its own pub with pool table....... lovely garden area ....loads of private parking ..... lovely ensuite bedrooms ..... lots of tellys ...... very high quality furniture and fixtures and fittings. A perfect stay .... highly recommended for family get together .... or even business meetings
