“A truly Fabulous house, a slice of French life”
Reviewed 5 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

A really impressive holiday home with everything you could wish for from a French holiday. Rebekah and Richard are great hosts, with great local knowledge. They are there to greet on arrival and were round every morning to clean the pool and offer help and advice.
The house was immaculately clean on arrival and the space was just amazing for a family of 12 over 3 generations. The rooms are enormous and the bathrooms are a "wow". There was the added bonus of poolside towels provided as well as the lovely soft towels in the bathrooms. The ultra modern kitchen was extremely well equipped and with an enormous fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and laundry room with washer and dryer , ideal with having a 3 month baby. The games room with table tennis and great selection of games provided entertainment for the other 4 children when not in the beautiful pool, ideally located beside the outside dining area and barbecue, wonderful for lazy evening dining.
The house is set on the edge of a very French village surrounded by vineyards. The boulangerie is a daily must and and the cave cooperative the place for local wine. The local shop is well stocked and good supermarkets are very nearby. There is no shortage of things to do and visit: Carcassonne, the hilltop fortress village of Minerve, the Canal de Midi, the lac de Jouarres, the market at Olonzac.
This is a wonderful holiday home in very French surroundings. There was nothing to fault .We had a perfect holiday.

“A wonderful relaxing and luxurious holiday.”
Reviewed 25 August 2015 for a stay in July 2015

We visited Manoir Theron in July 2015 with a group of family and friends. The standard of the accommodation was outstanding, a wonderful feeling of space with every need catered for.
The pool was cleaned every day and Rebekah and Richard were always on hand with help and advice. I would definitely recommend the Manoir Theron to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful holiday in the wonderful Minervois region.

“Everything you could want from a holiday home and more”
Reviewed 21 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

The manoir is decorated in traditional French style, with luxury bathrooms to all the bedrooms. The modern kitchen has every conceivable appliance you need

We have never felt so relaxed in a holiday home and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The Ouse is well placed for visiting local markets, boat rides on the midi- canal and the wonderful old town of Carcassonne. Pepieux is a sleepy town with a boulangerie, pharmacie, tabac and we'll stocked spar. The pizzaria is excellent with a wonderfully entertaining hostess! Or you can have a take away. If you can tear yourself away a comfort 30 min walk through the vineyards takes you to the neighbouring village bar.

Rebekah and Richard were helpful but unobtrusive hosts and we hope to be able to return for another visit soon.

“Fantastic accommodation for a family holiday”
Reviewed 27 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

We stayed as a family of 8 in June 2015 and the property was perfect for all ages. It was spacious, clean and we were well accommodated by Rebekah who was always on hand to help us with any queries. The pool was cleaned daily to an immaculate standard and there was an ideal private car park just across the road from the house. There is a lot to do in the local area and the village itself had a very handy boulangerie and wine cave. We drove up into the mountains to Minerve and enjoyed a boat trip on the Canal du Midi to name just two of our activities.
All in all, a great holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
