The hotel looked nice but to be honest, the rooms are very grubby!

Everything is "a little bit" broken (like the shower, the balcony door)

also the bathroom isn't clean at all, I mean not dirty but just broken and not good looking!

one big plus is the roof top bar! awesome view and good drinks!

Walked past this hotel most days, but never saw any signs of life - the small swimming pool was always empty, despite lots of people on the beach. Actually thought it was closed down until we went in their autoservire restaurant.

Food there was good and very reasonably priced, as were drinks, so would recommend it - cannot comment on hotel itself.

I have no idea how they got the 4 stars classification! The 4 stars is only for the price - not for what they offer. It is definitely a 3 stars hotel - and this due to the location (it is situated on the beach). We had a tiny room (15-16 sq.m) with sea view and balcony. In the balcony nobody entered to clean in the 5 days we stayed there. The bed sheets were not changed in the 5 days. The TV was smaller than a computer monitor, namely 47 cm. The fridge was rusty. There are no slippers or bathrobe. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. There are only 2 lifts for 13 floors, so we had to stay in queues which was very unpleasant. Once (in the communist era) it was the emblem of the resort, but the present owner of the hotel has invested nothing to improve it.
I certainly DO NOT recommend this hotel.

I've stayed here in July 2016 with my family in the so-called apartment on 8th floor. Well, first of all I felt trapped there because the elevators had a will of their own. One could wait up to 10 or more minutes to get into one elevator and it did not matter that it was full, it will still stop at every floor that made a call. You could get on at 8th and want to go down and still go to 10th or 13/14th. Finally, you get off from the elevator from hell and you want to eat. In the restaurant, menus are scarce, you get just one for a four members table. Not every thing from the menu is available and even fewer things are good to eat. General impression was that nobody cared if you eat there or not. The waiters were overwhelmed and did not know how to handle more than 2 tables at once. There was no supervision what so ever. The pool was just dirty and the ambiance was poor, not fitted for a four stars hotel. The Jacuzzi tub was a joke: a pool for kids fitted with an air pump . The cleaning lady was nice, but overwhelmed with the amount of work, so she would get to our room at odd hours. The general impression of the hotel was lack of care: it is poorly revamped, you can see that the thermal isolation is done in a weird manner; in the bathroom, even though everything was expensive, in general looked poor and shabby. I will not go there ever and I do not recommend that anyone shoud. It was a horrible experience.

awful smell in the room, the staff did not do anything to find a solution, old furniture, dirty carpet, no child safety. In the restaurant I waited more than 20 minutes for someone to bring us a menu.
I don't recommand,it's a maximum 2 stars hotel.
