Pleasant surrounds with a lovely ambience. But it ends there. No working TV, air conditioner was not good enough to cool the room. Bathroom was sub-standard, but did at least have hot water. Breakfast was a joke. Buffet style...rice, dried fish and soggy scrambled eggs. For an international patron that just doesn't cut it. Asked if I could have a piece of the delicious looking fresh mango on the bench in the restaurant, 'No mam, just the watermelon'. No watermelon to be seen. For charging top dollar, this was a disappointment. Never will I return.

Contrary to the review that the bed was like concrete, so sorry but we love the bed. The authentic food were all super delicious with little dash of gourmet taste. The halo-halo has it's own personality that can not be compared to the typical halo-halos anywhere (excellent). The fruit shakes hmmmm purely tasty. The staff are always available and helpful. Kudos to the owners. We enjoyed our stay.

The overall outdoor scenery is good especially in the afternoon it looks kinda romantic. The food is good and staff are approachable and accommodating. The pool and seawater are great, we had so much fun. However, the downside is the rooms are old and i think the a/c is too small for the room (we stayed at the casita room), and seaside is not sand more on rocks tiny rocks and the most negative for me is at their resto wherethere are lots of flies. Pero kahitpapano we enjoyed our stay there..

Although in a beautiful location, was a little disappointed with the rooms. The bed was like sleeping on concrete, the air conditioner was super noisy and the bathroom was dirty. The bathroom sink had more water pressure than the shower.
Restaurant service was slow but the food was good. Beautifully maintained grounds and location make this the biggest selling point

We stayed here for four days. Two adults and two girls. We rented one of the separate bungalows. It was really good, Quiet clean. had our own little balcony overlooking the ocean. Its a little old and starting to fade a bit but overall quiet good. I love that you get to use the kayaks when you rent the bungalow.
We had some exploratory trips up and down the beach. Snorkelling was ok not the best ive seen but found a couple of clown fish families. Meals were ok and live music on Friday was fun.
All in all great for family or couple for up to a week.
I would stay again.

Room Tip: Calista bungalow is best.
