I booked this house for my family with 5 children, because we simply don't fit into the regular vacation rentals, and it was well worth it. The lounge/dining area is very spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a sea view, and 2 bathrooms with excellent water pressure in the shower. There is also a lovely shaded area outside with garden furniture and synthetic grass, and some modest playground equipment for the very young. The beach is a very short walk away, and there is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. Inga (the owner) is very pleasant to work with and eager to help. All in all it was a great home base for expeditions to nearby Netanya, Caesarea and Haifa, or just to laze around in the house itself.
A couple of words of caution: when we went, two of the bedrooms had no a/c and the ceiling fans were broken. In the heat of the summer it was impossible to sleep in those rooms. This actually didn't cause us too much inconvenience, because the children thought it was a lot of fun to sleep on mattresses on the floor in the lounge (where the a/c is very effective). The master bedroom also has no a/c, but at least the ceiling fan works. Inga told us that she's having a/c units put into all the rooms soon, but it's worth asking about this point before you book.
Also note that the mattresses are foam. High quality foam, but nonetheless not exactly orthopedic. Didn't bother us for the few days we were there. And there are two large bean bags that two of our kids slept on, just because they could.
Another point I should mention: while we were there, there were a couple of construction vehicles working on the piece of land adjacent to this house, in the direction of the sea. I didn't find out what they were building, and I very much hope it's not something that will obstruct the view...
For the religious Jewish traveler: the kitchen is not kosher (not many vacation rentals are), and we needed to bring along our own mezuzot for the bedrooms and the lounge (though there was one on the front door). Inga says she has mezuzot that she is going to put up soon, but again, you should verify this before you come so you can bring your own mezuzot along if needed (5 total).

We had a lovely time with our big family. The property was spacious and clean and just a short walk to the beach. Our host helped with local knowledge of restaurants etc. and we enjoyed our stay.
