Nice place for a drink. Two gardens however bins need emptying more often. Small menu of burgers and pizzas...large portions. Some staff friendly.

Thank Charlotte P

We popped in here for a quick Sunday Lunch whilst visiting my sister who was staying in the area, the pub isn't huge but is very cosy, and very welcoming, as it was Sunday we all had the Sunday Roast, and whilst we had to wait awhile it was obvious that when it came out that it was all freshly cooked and there was plenty of it, and then arrived the side vegetables arrived as well, all 7 of us ate very well at a reasonable price £12 for the most expensive, which in another part of the country would be twice the price for half the food. The drinks were also reasonably priced, and hats off to the bar man who remembered our round every time we went back for more. If you are nearby worth a visit for a Sunday lunch.

A village pub with a lukewarm welcome, long wait and poor food. Oh dear. Has been brilliant under previous managers but missing a trick now.
