Staying here for one night paid for by the company i work for thankfully, conveniently situated for the air port but the hotel rooms are dated and are not clean checked my towels when I first got the room and had a pubic hair on top off a folded towel like it had been placed there.
The front of the hotel is fine when you get your key card you need to make your way round the building to the back where most rooms are situated resembles an army barracks really dated and old looking.

Rooms are big with a pleasant seating area. Very warm. Didn't find it noisy despite a country music festival being held in the function room. Didn't have any disturbance from airport. The food though basic was hot and tasty . Maybe I'm easily pleased. For what we paid we received value for money and would return. The staff were fantastic despite constantly being told otherwise! Young girl Sandy was exceptionally helpful and happy. I would return. Room120

Attention, this hotel is well located near Aberdeen Airport but on the other side of the terminal. Therefore, either have a car or walking more than one hour, or take a taxi (30 minutes waiting). The buildings are old and decrepit facades are (painting grave). Inside the rooms, the carpet is worn and there is a persistent musty taste. Only the bathroom, WC included, was acceptable. I had requested a king size bed, I had 2 single beds. There was more noise permanant air conditioning that disrupts sleep. Breakfast is interesting including a wide selection of hot products: fried eggs, scrambled, sausage, bacon, red beans, ... This offsets only mediocrity of the room. In short, if you can, head to a hotel in the center of Aberdeen.

Room Tip: In a other hotel !

Well what can i say other than this is the worst hotel i have stayed in. You could probably compare it to a 2 star hotel abroad if you are lucky.

How this can be classed as a 3 star i do not know. the place looks more like a run down council estate. Old TVs and furniture just left on the stairwells in the shanty town apartment blocks at the rear of the building and rubbish scattered everywhere. bear in mind cleaners must obviously walk past this to get to the rooms they are cleaning.

The room i had was very dark and dingy, and has no sound proofing whatsoever. now considering this is located right next to an airport / heliport you would think this would be a must have for these rooms.

All night all you can hear is doors banging, birds squawking, and planes and helicopters taking off so don't expect a good nights sleep at all.

I would say the only good thing about the hotel is the bar and restaurant in the main building and the fact that the wi-fi signal has now improved since the last time i stayed here.

My company foot the bill for this hotel and it was only booked as other nicer hotels in the area had no rooms available. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as it is overpriced and is in need of some major refurbishment on the outside.

I have seen previous comments on here by management saying there is nothing they can do about the exterior, however paint costs nothing and removing old TVs and furniture from stairwells would be a start to tidy the place up.

Room Tip: Ask for the new block, although this seems to be given to any paying customer as standard. Its mainly the offshore workers who's companies pay top dollar for rooms get shoved into the council blocks at the rear of the building, as they know there money is guaranteed day in day out.
