“Warm & welcoming”
Reviewed 31 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

Location was ideal for bird-spotters visiting Pagham Harbour, Medmerry and Bosham itself. Room was generous on storage for clothing and power shower was excellent. Butler sink a bit wasteful on water usage. A couple of miles from the busy A27 but very quiet & relaxing. Awesome for star gazing on a clear night as light pollution does not exist here! Will be back.

“An easy, cosy, well located place”
Reviewed 21 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

This is a small dwelling, a studio with with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with power shower. All was easy, perfect, convenient, with a car park on the property. An excellent location between Portsmouth, Chichester and the Witterings. Friendly welcome by Nancy. Can definitely recommend.

“A Great City Break”
Reviewed 15 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

We only spent one night in Bosham, needing a break from London, and did not know quite what to expect. Not only was the village gorgeous, directly on the tidal water (which creeps into the streets at high tide), but smelled of the sea...exactly what we were looking for. The stay at the Blue Room was perfect; gracious hosts, excellent location, a clean and bright room, and they even had a cute breakfast of eggs, homemade jam, and fresh bread available. They even encouraged us to collect fresh raspberries from their garden. We would highly recommend it.

“lovely studio/cottage in a beautiful English coastal village”
Reviewed 16 October 2013 for a stay in September 2013

My husband and I traveled from the US and stayed in The Blue Room in Bosham. It is a lovely, little studio apartment (mother-in-law apartment) with access to a beautiful English garden and patio.
The train station is about a 20-30minute walk, using the footpaths, from The Blue Room. The Anchor Bleu pub and Bosham church are about a 10 minute walk.
If you need wi-fi, there is limited access out on the patio.
Overall, we enjoyed our accommodations and would definitely stay there again.
Our hostess, Nancy, was very gracious and helpful. Thank you for sharing your Blue Room with us.

“Friendly welcome and a good base to visit local attractions”
Reviewed 6 January 2013 for a stay in September 2012

Nancy (the owner) made us feel very welcome and has lots of recommendations on local pubs, restaurants and attractions. The Blue Room is self contained with a separate entrance and off street parking. It is comfortable and within easy walking distance of most of the local amenities. Sadly we were only there one night en route to Goodwood but would definitely stay again.
