This accommodation is perfectly located for visitors to Disneyland Paris, our primary reason for visiting this area of France. Just a 10 minute walk to the park you could hardly be closer and this was a God send when witnessing first hand the scrum that ensues when a shuttle bus arrives to take visitors home from just outside the Euro Disney, a truly awful experience. There is also a large shopping centre nearby containing a large 'Auchan' supermarket meaning you can make up lunches and avoid the exorbitant prices within Euro Disney itself.
The accommodation is functional but, whilst appearing relatively new, is a little tired and need of some attention in some areas. For example, the central heating thermostat does not work meaning then room temperature was at a constant 83 degrees Fahrenheit, there was some damage to the sofa, toilet and garden fencing, the promised DVD player did not materialise and the towels provided were small and few in number.
None of these things were significant on their own (although the house was too warm to sleep in comfortably without turning the valves off) but improvements in these areas, and a few others, would have elevated this property to a higher rating.
All in all, a good place to stay if you want functional living in a location on Euro Disney's doorstep
We stayed here for a few days early December to visit Disneyland. The location is perfect for Disney, it's very close by and there's a free shuttle bus which takes you there every 15 mins or so. I have to say that the owner was absolutely lovely, we had regular contact via whatsapp and he couldn't have been more helpful.
I would say, to some degree, that the accommodation is a little no frills. The decor is basic, but everything was clean and tidy so no problems there. We unfortunately had no hot water for the last 2 days, but because we were barely there we didn't raise it as an issue with the owner. I'm sure if we did he would have fixed it straight away!
The front door is a little tricky to open in cold/wet weather, the neighbour had to help us. You have to pull it towards you as you turn the key which seems odd but it worked.
We didn't receive our instructions on how to enter the grounds until after we arrived so were waiting outside for a while - there are some metal gates with a code which you need before accessing the grounds.
Overall, there were a couple of things which could be improved on but we definitely would recommend this accommodation, and most certainly the owner.
9 of us Stayer at the house during august. The house was lovely and I would highly recommend if you are visiting Disneyland Paris, although you can get the bus we decided to walk it only took about 10-15 minutes.
The house had everything we needed and the supermarket is not far which was very handy. The owner is very helpful and answers any queries which you may have.
There is a bakery just yards around the corner and is delicious.
The garden was brilliant and the kids had great fun on the massive trampoline and outdoor toys, it was lovely to sit out in the evening. If you are looking for an alternative to staying in a hotel room in Disney this is definitely the place to go to.
We stayed at this apartment over New Year. There were 6 Adults and 4 Children and we had plenty of space. Lovely apartment with great size garden. Within walking distance to Disneyland Paris.
The landlord was very accommodating and helped us throughout our stay.
We will defiantly be booking this apartment again in the future.
