We went here over easter as we’d heard good reviews. The farm, shop, cafe etc is fantastic. But not somewhere you could spend a whole day.
It reminds me of our local Farm in Wheelock sandbach before it expanded and charged for everything!!
Its free to view the animals, you can even get in and touch a couple of lambs, guinea pigs and rabbits, and the play area though small is free. Theres a tractor driven tour too for only £1. local produce sold from the farm shop and fishmongers too

Thank bopical

Was looking for something to do late afternoon an came across this place via trip adviser and a small it wasn't too far away thought we would give it a go. There were plenty of people there I can imagine it gets busy especially with good weather.

There was a small yard with farm animals that could be visited and 'petted' pens were clean and the aminals appeared in good health. Hand washing facilities were avalaible.
A children's play area was also avalaible. There were several little shops unfortunately they were closed when we visited. Appeared it be craft type shops.

Cafe, prices were reasonable. We had afternoon tea which is £10.95 pp quality was good. They do recommend booking in advance if you would like afternoon tea. We ordered milkshakes after seeing the ones photographed on here. However we were disappointed with the one s we received a short they were not like those we were expecting. We later realised there were two different options for milkshake on the menu one listed as a farmers mega milkshake which other reviewers have photographed and then a children's milkshake. As we were all adults we are not sure why we were given the childrens milkshake and why the member of staff did not inform us that they offered two varieties. Shame as we had actually gone to have a decent milkshake and what we got was a tasteless milkdrink which non of us finished. (No we didint complain or reorder but please see this as a tip if you visit to double check)

There were toilets onsite that were relatively clean

There was a farm shop with butchers counter, prices there were reasonable and have a today's special offers board.

I would recommend this place for families with young children to visit for an approx time of 1-2 hours if you were including food.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your afternoon tea. It is one of our specialties and is immensely popular with our visitors. It comes with a standard drink and I think that is the milkshake you are referring to.The Farmers mega milkshakes are an optional extra and are another one of our specialties. We look forward to seeing you again and thank you for the recommendation.

Enjoyed my visit here. Good to see families having good interactive experiences with animals and the food store was really nice with good wholesome and fresh produce.

Very pleasantly surprised by our lovely trip out today to Glebe Farm. The coffee shop offers a great range of home cooked and healthy food which is great value for the quantity and quality. The farmer was lovely and helped ensure the kids were able to interact with all the animals, stroking the lambs was my 2 year olds highlight! The park equipment needs a bit of TLC but as it’s all free entry who can complain! Loved the tractor ride too! Bought food from the farm shop and the meat & veg are first class. Cheshire Toy shop is worth a visit too. We’ll definitely be returning.

We love hearing from first time visitors who enjoy the full Glebe Farm experience. We are so pleased your daughter got the opportunity to stroke a lamb. Whenever possible, our Farmers do like to enable the children to interact with the animals. We hope to see you again soon.
