Food and service in restaurant second to none! Local produce, french inspired menu. Many locals which is always a good sign. Ambience warm and friendly. English speaking too if needed.
Hotel - small, service again excellent, efficient & quiet. Everything you need in the room, would rate 5☆ but furniture drops this to official rating. Large clean bed with views, who cares? ;)
Quiet, nice and beautiful. A clever pick when staying in Lausanne metropolitan area. Good staff and good service. Great surroundings and nice walk by the sea. The Terrace of the hotel is a great place to relax after a hard day.
Well communicated through road and rail.
Historic but well-maintained hotel opposite the Lausanne lake promenade. The rooms are very spacious, perhaps a little outdated. The only downside is the parking, because you have to leave your car and walk there with your luggage. The route is not too long, but perhaps the hotel could make it easier to get there.
We had a great time at this hotel. Every staff member we encountered,
from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager

Very good hotel, renovated rooms, perfectly located 10m away from the lake but still very quiet. Very good restaurant too with a good choice of local wines. 7min to walk to the train station, which will bring you easily and fast to Lausanne, Vevey, Montreux and all the small villages in the Lavaux zone.
