Very clean, very nice looking hotel frirndly staff to hrlp you
But thats where it stops for me
The room was good but light bulbs broken A/C system weak at best timber floors lifting near bathroom, all switches for t.v bar fridge were switch off, so i needed to switch back on?
Sat at bar and ordered rolls and drinks and coffee for 3 people which i found to be a little on the expensive side?
Nice pool area plenty of parking
Worth visiting if the price was right

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while touring with a group. The hotel is very clean, & nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable although the mattresses seem as though they're foam. The rooms are small, but a/c is adequate. The shower however needs attention. In no way can a very small hole possibly drain the water properly from the shower stall. We ended up having a lake in the bathroom because of this. The breakfast room is located in the basement area. There is an assortment of cold meat, cheese, yogurts, sweet rolls, fruit & coffee..which was fine. Dinner in the evenings takes place in the main dining room. The food was good the first night..the 2nd night was not good at all. People were not given a choice..but the meal was just put in front of you. The pasta was 'ok', then the main course consisted of some sort of chicken slice with gravy & a mound of spinach, which was downright awful. I do like spinach whether it's cooked or in a salad, but this was terrible. Dessert was some sort of jelly-like custard with a caramel drizzling...absolutely terrible!
Would I return?...not likely. The staff are a little standoffish, almost to the point of being rude. If you ask for water with your meal..you will be given bottled water, & charged for it. I will not return.

The hotel was found with the help of TripAdvisor - as usual - and as often before, we were very happy with our choice. We were only staying for one night, but one night is important too.
The hotel was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was fine, location was good, but most of all, the receptionist, Claudia, was such a sweetheart and captured our hearts completely. She suggested a wonderful restaurant in the nearby town, Da Pino in Treviso, that is one thing, but before we were allowed to leave the hotel on the day of our departure, she wrote a long list of places she recommended we vistit while in the Dolomites and Tuscany - the two places we were going during our vacation. She looked everything up on the internet and showed us and told us about it. So kind! We felt so taken care of.
I have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone going by this little town of Preganziol.

Hotels are quite expensive in the surrounding area of Venice but I found this hotel fine at the price I paid. Staff is helpful and professional. Breakfast was overall ok, the first morning was very good, the second morning a kind of very bad. Guest were definitely more that they expected and food was not enough.

A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful front-desk staff. Our room had breakfast included. The dining area was bright and cheerful. The selection of foods were wide and plentiful.

Claudia went out of her way to assist us. Very much appreciated.

Our flight from Venice to back home was cancelled due to the weather so EasyJet put us in the hotel for 3 nights - however this wasn’t the case and the majority of people only had a room for one night. The hotel (not fault of their own) were not ready for the volume of people, this being said it is a 95 room hotel... The staff were underwhelmed and unhelpful with making the stay as easy as possible. We couldn’t choose our own food and were given plates of rice or pasta with a tasteless tomato sauce alongside some green beans and meat next. They struggled to cater for my partner and I who were gluten free. We don’t actually think they did a good job as we’re now suffering the consequences of their food. The pillows and mattress were hugely uncomfortable - probably would’ve been more comfortable on the floor. All visitors seemed to have a lack of sleep because of it. Treviso is a sweet town but little to do and it is a trek to go back into Venice. Taxi prices were €20 for a quick 5/10 minute journey into town which is slightly ridiculous! We found it very upsetting that they didn’t make us feel welcome as they could’ve made more business for all the people staying! Apparently the bar was open from 8am until midnight but no one was ever on it. The swimming pool was out of use due to it being outside and you had to wait an hour for them to heat up the spa area. We will not be revisiting or recommending, it’s a shame the hotel didn’t make any efforts to make a bad situation better.

    Dear Ella T.,
Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay at the Villa Pace. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.
We continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations; therefore your feedback is very important to us.
We tried to do our best with no notice from Easy Jet.
The mattresses are new, and we are very sorry if they were not confortable.
The menu was different every day and also we didn't know the exact number of people from easy Jet.
The swimming pool is open from May to september.
Please allow me, again, to express my sincerest apologies.
We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
    Sincerely,
Front Office Manager - Villa Pace.
