We did not book and were not able to be seated at a show table. As we were a couple and not part of a larger group this suited us very well and we were able to observe and enjoy the stagecraft of the chefs without being in the midst of it. The juggling with very sharp chef's knives is something to see! The food was excellent and beautifully presented. The waiting staff were happy to explain where the chefs train and about the food. Really good crème brulee (not Japanese but who cares) to finish.
