where to start at how amazing this hotel and all it's staff are!
We have visited Hilary and all her staff now for 5 years and this year we got married here, and it was everything I hoped it would be and even more!!
We cannot thank Hilary enough for all her help especially with the reception, it was gorgeous, the food fabulous and the setting was perfect.
We were 23 all together, ranging from 5 weeks old to 83 years and we all stayed here with Hilary, and every single person loved the hotel, the staff, the food and the overall feel of this great hotel. Many of them will return, as will we. A small piece of my heart now belongs to Vasilikos.
We stayed in the honeymoon suite for our wedding night and it must be seen to be believed, it is absolutely stunning!!
I have posted some photo's to show how great this place is, but don't just take my word for it, visit them and I promise, you will fall in love with this beautiful part of Zante as well.

Room tip: Book direct with Hilary at the hotel not with a Travel agent - better value for money

My wife and I went for 3 day break bank holiday weekend and what a chilled time we had. Hotel owner and staff excellent, very approachable and always willing to assist.
Room 108 was very good shower powerful and plenty of hot water, views of the beautiful gardens and sea. Room cleaned twice in three days brilliant.
Breakfast plentiful and option to purchase a cooked breakfast.
Beautiful beach 2 minutes walk and sun loungers free. You could walk through the garden which would lead you to other beaches.
Wifi was free and we had not problems with it.
Only down side was limited restaurants near hotel due to time of year. If you had a car then of course you would have greater choice of places to eat.
Would highly recommend the hotel. Great location
We will be back
Nearly forgot, Chicken baguette at lunch time lovely

Booked this holiday at the last minute so we weren't sure what to expect. It was absolutely brilliant. The hotel couldn't be faulted. The position excellent, just a very short walk to the amazing beach (free sunbeds for hotel residents). The staff were very friendly from the owner herself, bar staff and the cleaning staff who did a great job, everything was kept spotless. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Must also mention the greek night which is held every Monday. We had a great time and would definitely return.

A very nice place to stay but a few tips
1. Book direct with the hotel to get breakfast, wifi, in room safe and daily towel change inc in the price.
2. Be ready for hard mattresses I did get used to it but it was a bit of a shock
3. Book a taxi direct from the airport with Zante Taxis good value at 58 euros for a return trip
4. Might be a good idea to hire a car. The hotel is in a remote part of the island but has a fantastic pool and beautiful sandy beaches nearby. We didn't bother to hire a car, we just chilled out.
5. You can catch a bus to Zante Town for 3.60 each return. Bus stops are near the hotel.
6. Probably the best time to go would be June. We went at the start of the season, mid may. Restaurants weren't really geared up for tourists only having a limited menu
7. Don't need to take beach or pool towels as the hotel provides them
8. Breakfast is lovely full English will be cooked on request but a lovely continental spread is provided with cereals, boiled eggs, ham, bread etc.
9. Our room was no 130 lovely balcony and large bedroom. The shower room was a bit dated but very clean.
10. The shower was a bit unpredictable. It ran hot and cold Just don't put the shower head too high. The bathroom had a proper shower cubicle with doors which was a bonus.
11. Meet the lady that runs the Stone Stores up the road. She is very funny.
12. Great pool with plenty of loungers.
13. Great if you like dogs they are everywhere. They are very friendly.
14. No lift and quite a few stairs so not really for people with mobility issues.
15. Television was very basic and not a good reception. Only a few British channels.
All in all a lovely place to stay and relax

Room tip: Ask for a top floor room over Reception. You will get a nice view of the sea
