It's one of these hotels that could be perfect but they fail at it. The view is fantastic, the pool is beautiful, but that's it !

The staff is polite and somehow helpful but very young and a number of them lack experience and seniority. The concierge service is inexistent (we wanted to book a boat tour that they offer and they never got back to us, we had to ask and it couldn't be organized, the explanation provided was weak and no alternative was proposed/possible).

Breakfast is OK (they charge extra, 25E/adult, which I always find interesting when you already spend 1000E/night on your room), but avoid their restaurant (or only come for the view at sunset). They want to play in their league (e.g. waguy on the menu and interesting combinations) but the execution doesn't follow and items are pricey (for what you get/the quality). The service was also total chaos (two wrong dishes brought to our table and they brought us bread with the dessert). Drinks from the bar are OK.

All the tables are really low, you can't fit your knees under them (both breakfast and restaurant) and we are not 1m90! Birds want a share of your breakfast and we saw two mices running around the pool (and hiding below the olive trees). Also the chairs at breakfast were never really clean (bird poo).

It also feels like they ran out of time (and/or money) with the refurbishment. Our room was large and with all the amenities you expect in a 5* was a mix of new and old (new couch but partially old wooden floor, holes in the walls, missing light bulbs, pieces of wood missing, etc). The style of the hotel is also weird, a mix of old-style Spanish hacienda with a Moroccan/Thai touch to it...

Internet via WiFI (and then a satellite link) was working on and off, good enough for email and staying in touch but that's it.

In the end we were lucky as the hotel was pretty empty this week and we had the pool for us most of the time, no need to "fight" for sunbeds or queue at breakfast ! Recommendation for management: this is a fantastic asset, hire a proper manager !

We had the most glorious holiday ever at Hacienda Na Xamena, sprinkled with the perfect wedding day as hosted by the venue. We got engaged at Hacienda in 2012, it seemed only natural to return to the property to host our family & friends for our special day. If a modern sign of true hotelier success is the amount of social media posts & likes it receives then Hacienda must be ranked somewhere near the top; although photos simply do not do it justice. Besides the breathtaking views and stunning sunsets, there is the tireless efforts of the staff to ensure that everything was delivered to the highest levels. Whether hosting our wedding, or simply carrying out daily demands the team were fantastic. As you can tell, we had an amazing experience, we will return and we will never forget what sits firmly at the top of our list of holidays. We recommend it thoroughly & thank Agathe & Sabine and everyone at the hotel for simply being awesome !!

Room Tip: Every room is superb from our experience; but if your planning to spend a little more, choose one of the rooms with a larger grassy balcony & a small pool; you can simply sit back and relax in the sunshine with only the stunning view in front of you.

We stayed for a few days in June for our mini-moon and couldn't have picked a better place. Lovely room - even a standard double was fab with its own balcony and sunbeds, a spa bath in the lounge area and a massive walk in shower. Hotel location is amazing - set in to a cliff so the rooms are cool but every room gets a view over the cliff and out into the bay. The SPA has infinity pools which look out over the bay as well and the view of the sunset is spectacular. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times - the food and service were both great and the tables at the front of the restaurant are reserved for hotel guests so you always get a good view. The SPA treatments, whilst limited in options, were all really good and cater for morning wake-up, massage and evening relaxation. We couldn't fault this hotel at all and were discussing when to go back again before we left. Really, a fantastic hotel!

Room Tip: Get an upgrade to a superior double - they have jacuzzis on the balcony!

We stayed here for a week at the end of May and we had a fabulous time! The room (Junior Suite) was superb, quiet location with a wonderful terrace, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi (both working fine) and a hot steam sauna. This was pre-season, so we had to share the outdoor facilities with only few people, but of course the outside pool was still cold (as can be expected from this time of the year). But there's also an indoor pool, so no need to worry here. And then the cascades with their absolutely magnificent view - totally worth the extra 35€.
Staff at the reception was great while room service and waiters weren't always top-notch. With a little persistence, though, all problems could be solved.

I ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel for everyone looking for a classy Ibiza holiday!

This hotel is really a must see it is abit pricey but when you have a view like this from almost all angels of the hotel you dont mind...
On the other hand the dinner was shocking... the price we paid for the quallity was unacceptable!!! A hotel of the statue should invest in a propper chef seeing as though we pay the price for one.
