We had a lovely holiday with our three kids, all over 18, and this clean well equipped villa was very luxurious and comfortable. It is peaceful and with spectacular open views all around but also conveniently close to several nice beaches, daytrips in the Akamas peninsula and watersports from Latsi. It was great to have the swimming pool too and all the varied options for sitting outside and enjoying the view.
All contact with the owner was straight forward and everything taken care of very promply. We were more than satisfied with our choice!

Beautiful large villa, big pool and plenty of sunbeds, and places to sit out of the sun. quiet village location with a few places to eat, but Pollis is only a 10 min drive, which has a lovely old town, with plenty of places to eat and drink. Would definitely go back again, for a relaxing chilled week away. If you need anything, the family are easy to contact and will do their utmost to accommodate,

We are a family of 5 young kids and 2 parents, and had a blast at the Villa Demetra. Exactly what you would expect from a digital booking, we did not meet the owner but kept in contact via digital channels at all times and got couple requests responded to very nicely and quickly.

The villa itself is partly secluded, sits on a decent plot of land and can easily host 2 families - plenty of bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms... very good maintenance condition, relatively large and well maintained pool. Also a nice garden with plants.

The villa is near everything and yet feels the end of the world, with a sea view to top it all!

Highly recommended, for anyone is that side of the island.

We booked Villa Demetra for two weeks with our teenage daughter and Son.
The Villa was even better than we had expected, the rooms are huge so we even had space for our friends to visit for 5 days. The villa is gorgeous with large on suite rooms and stone floors and tiles throughout. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. The outside area is fabulous with a good sea view, a beautiful garden full of fruit trees, a large pool, sun beds, tables and chairs under cover. The area is not overlooked with villas a good distance at either side.
The owner is very helpful and resolved an issue we had with the cooker in half an hour of us contacting her. We were very impressed with her friendliness and efficiency.
We loved Argaka, with friendly mini markets in walking distance, Polis within a 10 min drive and Latchi 15 mins. We would definitely recommend the Villa and would stay again, we didn't want to leave.
