“Excellent place to stay in Kolhapur”

We stayed here for just one night and we love this place. It is the pent house in the 6th floor with a private garden and bath tub in the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. The provide us milk to prepare coffee. Both the bed rooms are spacious, bath attached and highly ventilated with a private garden. The property is quite decent. Mr Vipin is very cooperative and helped me even to find a better restaurant in Kolhapur. I just called from Bangalore for the query and he blocked the property for us. We need an extra mattress and he provided with a nominal charge. The overall experience is great. One suggestion: The couch in the hall as well the curtains needs to be replaced as they are looking pathetic. I suggest them to provide a complement breakfast as the charges

“Expensive but worth it!”

We stopped over here on our way to Goa. Took the 1BHK on the top floor. The interiors are done by a nature enthusiast as there is a beautiful lush garden on the terrace. Wonderfully landscaped with a hot tub open to the sky right on the terrace. Interiors are also very tastefully done. No comfort has been overlooked. The kitchen enough utensils, cutlery for two-three people. TV, fridge, microwave in working condition. Dining table has some fruits and snacks but they are chargeable. I feel at the cost, they can probably throw that in for free. Liked the special tea stuff given - lemon grass, cinnamon etc and a 2 milk small packs at no additional charge which was much appreciated. Bathroom has some interesting pebbles decor and an indoor plant right next to shower.

The owner threw in the breakfast complimentary even though it was not part of the deal. Our dog was allowed and he absolutely loved the outdoorsy feel of the place. Parking is provided at the ground floor of the apartment complex. We reached late at night but the owner was present to receive us. Its a lovely setup. Please make sure you are there to watch the sunset and sunrise something we sorely missed. A bit expensive and maybe more apt for a bigger group.

“Luxury home away from home”
Reviewed 11 February 2017 for a stay in February 2017

Ok, to start with we were completely taken by surprise by this place as we never expected something like this to be available in Kolhapur. The homes (I would rather not use the term flats or rooms) are perfect in every aspect. And they are beautiful. The interiors are not only picturesque but also practical at the same time. Every detail for the comfort of guests is taken care of.
The owner Mr. Vipin Kharbanda is very helpful and cooperative without being intrusive. The staff, too is very sweet and helpful.
I would recommend this place to anyone planning to come to Kolhapur with family or friends. Very reasonably priced. It is a much better deal than any hotel you can find here.
I am already planning to come back here while writing this review. I doubt I'll ever be able to stay at a hotel after this.

“Garden Paradise”
Reviewed 17 March 2016 for a stay in February 2016

We stayed here for just 1 day, since we were driving from Goa to Bombay. The property we stayed is located on the 7th floor and it's was a flat with a terrace garden. The room consist of a living room and a bedroom with a well designed bathroom and the crowning glory was the garden outside surrounding the living room on 3 sides. Mr.Vipin does a great job looking after the property and was always a phone call away for any requirements. The kitchen is well equipped and you can have a dinner or breakfast sitting out on the terrace facing the faraway mountains. The two things need attention is the mosquito metal nets, which are torn at some location and hence we ended up getting bitten just a bit. The second issue is a total absence of internet. Overall a great property.
