Clean, well equipped and easily accommodates seven comfortably. Close to beach and amenities in Sutton. Fantastic bi-folding doors lead in to a private garden. Reading other reviews many people take dogs but don't let this put off none dog owners as there is no sign of dogs being in the property. Communication with owners excellent and already booking for 2018. And the weather matched the property - ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!
Beautiful bungalow, lovely decor, clean, comfortable, lovely garden for the dog. It's in a quiet position about five minute walk from beach and nature reserve. Anyone who comes look out for the amazing wall clock will definitly come here again.
We've just returned from a great week. The bungalow was lovely, well equipped, with a great layout (the lounge/diner opening onto the garden) and so close to the sea. All the family loved it, thank you.
Lovely aspect with bi fold doors into garden. Very comfy beds and lounge furniture. Please be aware that bathroom floor tiles become dangerously slippery when wet, which I found to my cost, despite fan and open window and please use the bathroom floor mat which I understand has now been provided. Also note that en-suite does not include a shower and that there is a steep step into the garage, which houses washing machine and freezer, accessed from door in lounge. Other than the safety issues a very comfy bungalow in a great position for the beach.
We have just returned from a fab week at Sandy Acre. The bungalow is lovely, with a gorgeous garden. The location is brilliant and we loved Sutton on Sea, so much we would love to return next year. We had to contact Lynne on the Saturday due to a smashed window and she was lovely. I hope it has now been fixed.
