Without doubt an excellent property. Well equipped, comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. Lovely position in the town with great views. Could not fault.

TheTown of Bishops Castle is a lovely location and cottage which is located at the top of the hill which overlooks the countryside and has many fine views. But the cottage itself is not one of the most tidiest or cleanest I have stayed in.The owner has lots of books in every room approximate 100 or more.The cottage in my opinion needs a deep clean and a lot of the owners own Property to be removed to give the person staying at the cottage more space. have not given a bad review in the past but I think Sorry to say this needs one

The cottage is comfortable and homely with two good bathrooms and a very well appointed kitchen. It is well situated with several pubs/restaurants and a takeaway very close by. There is a nice little garden with views over the countryside. Unfortunately the weather on our weekend did not really allow for sitting out. We were warned about lack of parking outside but there is plenty of parking just down the road so it was no problem.
3 reviews We had a quick two night stay while working in Bishops Castle, and the cottage was a lovely place to come back to at the end of a long day. A lovely big shower, comfy beds, comfy sofas, and a well equipped kitchen made it a temporary haven for us. Thank you so much.

1 review Really loved the property, very comfortable and homely. A lot of thought had gone into each room - such as reading lamps positioned over armchairs, and the huge selection of books, lovely bathrooms, and great sitting in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Wonderful views. Many walks directly from the property, didn't use the car at all. Bishops Castle a real treat.
