Description: This wonderful restaurant is located just below the Castle of Sarriod de la Tour on the main road. Excellent cuisine and prices very reachable. The owners were very friendly and even served us on our late arrival on a Sunday night. Perfect

Average traditional Valsotana cuisine, very much a family restaurant. Not disappointing, but also nothing special. Most dishes are served from a trolly, so very '80s...

This is the local friendly pizza joint in Saint Pierre right next to the provincial highway. I haven't had a bad pizza yet having eaten a number of them over the years. You can't buy a pizza before 7 PM because that's when they fire up the wood-fired pizza oven. Family run operation, you can see two guys hammering out the pizza dough and preparing them as the orders come in from the cashier less than 3 meters away. Take a seat to order in or drink a quick beer at the bar while you wait for your take out.

If you don't speak Italian, try French, either way the ladies at the cash will do their best to help you. If communication fails just dive in and pick a pizza. They are good.

Good food, good portion size, good value. I'd eat there again for sure ...
Zero English spoken here... we ordered by pointing at the menu; this is where the locals eat.

This restaurant is mainly a pizzeria. There are other items which we did not try(except a mixed salad). We were told it was the best pizza in this small town. It proved to be excellent.(Forno a Legno) Our waitress was a little brusque but warmed up as we progressed. They do a good take-out business, which is good if you want to avoid the coperto charge. The carafe of water was tepid(she may have thought we should buy the water). We ordered a house red wine which was a dolcetto, and not very good. I recommend that you drink beer if you go there(most everyone there did). The beer is better beer than the wine is wine. If you really want the wine, choose it carefully. We were asked if we wanted it "frizzante" or "normale-" the latter seemed better to me, but I don't know that for certain . A matter of taste.
