Overnight stay only.. A good experience nevertheless. Cleanliness was evident. Reception and other staff were polite. Food was OK and nothing special. Two lifts was a plus point to ease the movement of the guests especially during the check in and check out times. Nice area with some shops and also to walk around.

Stayed there from 18/7 to 19/7/2016, part of a group tour
basic rooms with very basic amenities & disposable glasses, but the children got a big room with a big bathroom with a tub
breakfast was average
the behavior of the non Italian staff at the restaurant was not appreciated

Room tip: Please ask for a room with a bath tub

It was an Average hotel with decent amenities and service. No mush staff was in house. Very few staff were there at night and owner himself is staying in this hotel with his family and pets. He was very friendly and as per our knowledge it is a budget property and for groups.

This hotel seems to cater to group tours. To start with, the bath area is so small that applying soap is akin to doing acrobatics. There was no water in the tap from 6 am to to 7.30 am - the peak morning hours. There were no staff to be seen in the hotel. Talking to other customers revealed that only the owner can do something and he will come after 7 am. Well, water came after almost 7.30 am, wasting precious time. I have never seen a hotel where staff leave at night, leaving guests at the mercy of fate. I kept on wondering what would have happened if there was a fire or earthquake- who would have helped the guests.

and to top it all, wifi is very unreliable.

If you are travelling on a package trip and your travel agent plans to put you there, better ask for a change

Visited this hotel in Sep 15 as part of Cox & Kings Europe tour. We stayed for 2 nights & would like to say that although the rooms are modern, decent, its by now way 4* as claimed by Cox & Kings. Just having a swimming pool does not make it qualify as 4*. Most of Indian 3* hotels are better than this.

Anyways coming back, the breakfast spread was good, wifi was fast but only in lobby & theres enough parking space available. The owner is quite a friendly chap & check out for other alternatives before booking this one.
