Description: There's a place in Venice lagoon where you may have a rest and eat in a very quiet atmosphere, in the shade under wonderful trees in the garden. Very good typical food and gorgeous pizzas, a good wine and beer selection. Bread, pasta and cakes are homemade. Food quality and customer care are evident as there's a full menu dedicated to celiac people. The owners and the waiters will welcome you with a smile and they'll be ready to listen to and realize all you wish. Open all year long, every day, at lunch and at dinner time. Along summer season (from April to October) kitchen and pizzeria are open from 12am to 10pm.

Unfriendly service despite booking a table. We’re not able to do risotto for one... an Italian restaurant refusing to make risotto for its guest!?! Unpleasant wine. Don’t bother

Recommended by hotel receptionist, so good we ate there for all six nights of our stay on Murano. Staff very friendly and efficient. As they got to recognise us we were welcomed like old friends.

Large menu with a great selection. Daily/weekly specials.

Good mix of locals and tourists. Parish Priest on the next door table one night.

Food was excellent, pizza and fish especially so. Small but good selection of sweets. Portions large, so if you like a sweet it may be best to give a starter a miss.

Had a table in the garden each night (not bad for October), one night the mosquitoes came out to play, take care if they go for you!

Wow what a lovely place. We were looking for somewhere to eat on our last night and this was near the hotel, reviews looked really good so we headed straight there, we walked in and thought we may not get seated as small area to the front of restaurant but we promptly shown to a choice of tables to the rear of restaurants where there was a lovely atmosphere and charm. The menu is brilliant. We had steak and lasagne which was delicious however really wished we found earlier their pizza choice is amazing and they look it too.

such a lovely place and staff were excellent and courteous.

This place was highly recommended in Lonely Planet so when we were enjoying a day out in Murrano we thought we had to try it. We almost didn’t, as it was a beautiful day and we wanted to eat outside - from the front it didn’t look like there was an outside area but luckily when we got in we were shown to a large courtyard dotted with London Plane trees. Slightly suspect music playing (Spice Girls, Kylie, Sophie Ellis Bexter) but it was unobtrusive and let’s be honest, who doesn’t like a 90’s throwback once in a while? The pizzas were great (I had the Fornace pizza -spicy salami, smoked cheese and chili oil), the house wine was cheap (€8 for half a litre) and it was good. Lonely Planet called it the best pizzas in Venice - don’t know if we’d quite go that far but it’s certainly the best we’ve had so far.
