Rachel and Philipp (the hosts) were kind, informative, super helpful in everything we needed (especially our little boy) - the place is stunningly beautiful (as well as clean and equipped) and the most importantly - the location is perfect !
Would definitely come back !
Love you !

I will start with the most important thing: Rachel & Filippo (the hosts) are just amazing.
The moment we met them at the front of this amazing farm, we immediately felt at home.
During the entire stay Rachel and Filippo did everything they can to make our trip better.
The farm itself is incredible with awesome pool (heated), table tennis and endless areas for kids to play (and off-course, bicycles for us and the kids).
We were 3 families with kids and it was a pleasure.
The rooms (apartment size...) are cozy and well equipped, there's a huge kitchen and huge dinning table.
It is located in great location, equally far from the all suggested 'must visited' sites.
So, if you're planning a couple, family or couple of families trip to Tuscany, be sure to stay at this amazing place.
Thanks Rachel & Filippo for this amazing stay!

Room tip: Rooms on second floor has great view while rooms on First floor has access to play area (great for kids)

Apart from a dream place with a lovely view, a well maintained house , clean and well equipped kitchen...we especially enjoyed the warm hospitality of Rachel, Philipo and David.
They made us feel like home, with the stories, advices and recommendations on where to go and what to do with the kids or where to eat the best ice cream!!!
they even came with us many times...Not to mention the fact that they really embraced our children and they liked it very much!
This vacation was a perfect combination of nature with a lovely view and ancient cities full of art treasures and a rich culture.
The pool and bike at the villa as well as lawns and various games made the kids busy and happy.
we are already waiting to come back!and we will:)

We have just returned from our 4th stay here. Based in the heart of the beautiful Tuscan countryside this is a comfortable base to explore or just chill by the pool. Rachel and Filippo are very welcoming and looked after us very well - always happy to help us with reservations for restaurants or suggestions of places to visit. Added bonus of air conditioned apartment greatly helps with the heat! Good to be able to walk into the village for a meal and of course the traditional ice cream. We shall certainly return again.

We have never stayed at a place quite like San Fabiano. There is the possibility to stay in a suite or the villa, no matter which you choose there is always a sense of privacy and relaxation. All are clean and updated while retaining their Tuscan charm. There are well appointed kitchen or kitchenettes in every room. The grounds are beautiful with a heated pool from which there is a magnificent/picturesque view. There is also piano, ping pong table, archery, and stuff for kids. Step outside and find yourself among fig and plum trees, Horses and fields are next door. We found San Fabiano very unique, activities can be arranged for you on the grounds (Our family did pottery, Art, and a cooking class) or you can use it as a base and head to one of the many wineries in the area, and also tour the beautiful areas of Siena and Florence. Stay in or go out it's all ready for you. What really makes San Fabiano special are its owners Filippo and Rachel. They are literally a 24/7 personal concierge ready to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. They are full of suggestions and great ideas to maximize your stay in any and every way. They are excellent at suggesting local fairs, markets, cultural events, and activities. There is an education to be had just listening to Filippo talk about his heritage. Some practical notes, the wifi and water pressure were good and as we were traveling with kids they made arrangements to have our laundry done.
