It was my partner's and mine first time in Tuscany and I can not imagine a best way of living the Tuscany life. The service is deboted and friendly, the food is out of this world, amazing views and the hotel in general is beautiful. I can only say, PERFECT!

It was mine and my partners first time to Tuscany and we came to this hotel under recommendation. The service, hotel and food was to 5* quality - being my first time to Italy I was very pleased and grateful to this hotel for making my stay relaxed and beautiful.

We stayed here in June 2014. The Palio was on so Siena was packed / very expensive and we found this delightful guesthouse. How lucky we were! It's about 20mins by car from Siena but a great spot!
The owner was very nice (and a Palio veteran!!) as was the food served, although a limited menu. Eating outside every evening was wonderful and the view was amazing (pic below)!
The rooms were good but nothing to rave about. End of the day, if you fancy staying outside of Siena in the Tuscan countryside then I would definitely recommend!

We spent 3 memorable nights at this quaint B+B in the Tuscan hills. Our host, Stephan, along with his wife and daughter made us feel like members of their family. Even though Stephan doesn't speak English, we were able to communicate in Spanish with his daughter. Upon arrival the first evening, we enjoyed a lovely glass of the local wine, out on the terrace, while watching the sun set over rolling hills. We were served a delicious home cooked meal in the family restaurant. Stephan and his wife were very attentive and made sure that our every need was met. He even served our breakfast "extra" early one morning, making it possible for us to catch a 6 am train to Rome for the day.
We will always remember our fun evenings with Stephan and his family. It was amazing how we could share hunting stories and an occasional good laugh without even speaking the native language! I would recommend this B+B for families or couples. It's location, deep in the countryside, makes for a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

I stayed one night at the Pozzo di Radi and had a fine dinner there as well. The room was extremely quiet and comfortable, but what made the experience special was the friendliness of Stefano, the manager, who doesn't speak much English but compensates with charm and generosity.
