We were tired of walking through Firenze all day so we decided to go for a bite to eat close to our Bed & Breakfast, so we ended up at La Bodeguita del Bito. The people working here are super friendly and speak English very well. We didn't check this but it really feels like a family owned restaurant, a lot of love goes into it. The food was pretty good, we had the Maltagliati with duck ragú and the Tagliagetelle with local winesauce (sorry, can't remember the actual names) and both were very nice.
If you're staying in Signa, and want a quick bite for a decent price, I would recommend La Bodeguita del Bito.
