Starting with the aquapark: various and fun waterslides for both kids and adults, but very few rubber rings so it was impossible to grab one from some kids that kept them all day long. The tiles of the floor were a bit dirty (hair, tissues etc). Staff overall friendly.
Breakfast buffet was very good, but the dinner buffet let us down. For 800 denars pp (13€) there were not many options plus drinks were not included. Better try a la carte.
Room was spacious and clean

Without the aquapark (which you can go to without having anything to do with the hotel) this is just another pretty Turkish style hotel with rather nice tiles. The senior management is obviously the problem here given the 40 million euro investment in the aquapark which has only a handful of inflatable rings and boats for use on the slides which people literally fight to get during the day.

The hotel itself had absolutely no soap in any of the rooms for the duration of our stay, the poorly trained receptionist really was not interested in solving this problem as was the responsibility of housekeeping (who did a sterling job of cleaning our room each day), the management let the staff and guests down here too by failing to order soap... this is a 5 star hotel remember... with many obviously self-awarded certificates behind reception.

The girls in the SPA are great, very friendly however the steam room does not work - the hammam is cold, and the loungers around the indoor pool all have carpets of dust under them....

Breakfast was nothing special, and if it were not for the Turkish head chef bullying the staff each morning that would be a failing point too, same stuff each day uninspiring.

The lifts are all too small, if you have a pushchair you're going to spend a lot of time waiting, however if you like to be overwhelmed by Israeli tourists who think the place belongs to them, or if you are into climbing stairs you might love the place. If you are going to the pool with a pushchair, go out of reception then down the long ramp and through the basketball courts, it's far easier than up the several flights of stairs as the staff suggest you do.

Would we stay here again?, nope.

Room Tip: Bring your own soap.

Our family holidays was a real disaster! The hotel is clearly not worth its 5 stars. Numerous daily problems, some disrespectfull staff, terrible food. But the worst is the absence of basic health conditions, as the food is kept and moved in bad conditions. This includes the sanitary conditions of the aquapark. We were sick for 10 days, as were other clients (some children hospitalized then repatriatzd back home). Avoid at all costs!

Rooms are fine, spacious and comfortable, bathroom is really small.

The breakfast buffet is OK the first day, but no variation at all makes it cumbersome. Dining buffet is so so, food quality is not high. A la carte restaurant is ok, food quality is a lot better.

During our stay four weddings took place, with tremendous loud music and also closing the a la carte restaurant. We found this disturbing.

Aquapark is a place to avoid as locals take full control over slides etc. leaving sad guest children behind. Staff and management don't care. Music played is the same over and over.

The only two advantages are the aqWapark
And pool. Besides that, food is the same everyday, is of low quality and you have poor variety.

In addition, the hotel hosts weddings which disturb the guests and dont let sleep...a
