It is rare that a restaurant experience is as good as this. The waiter was friendly and efficient, and explained everything very well ... for example he recommended three wines and explained each one to us. We were given an extra little free 'tasting' to start ... ragusano cheese, spicy ricotta, tangy marmalade. Small amounts, perfect. The following courses were also excellent in all respects - perfectly cooked, very flavousome. And we were delighted by their own interpretation of Tiramisu - lighter than it often is, quite delicious. We shall retrun!

We have walked past here on our last two visits, but had not tried it. This time it was a must. We were given a warm greeting by what we presume were family members as we had chatted to a young man on the way who was part of the family. This is a very clean restaurant and the waiter friendly and effiicient. Our mistake was to choose the 3 course set meal with the courses chosen by the chef. Starters and main very good although I am not particularly fond of Clamari. However the dessert was a bit of a let down, being some sort of small almond jelly. Nevertheless we would go back again if we return to Scicli and would recommend it.

We were here for a lunch with our one year old son. Unfortunately there was no child seat, but still they made everything possible that he felt okay. The atmosphere is a little clean, but the food is really delicious.

It's been more than a year since I visited this restaurant, but need I have worried? No indeed I need not!

On arrival the venue was quiet, and yes, it isn't easy to find, but don't let this dissuade you. By the time we left there wasn't a table to be had, and apart from ourselves (and we like to think of ourselves as travellers not tourists! - vanity, but there you go) not a none Italian to be seen. That's got to be a good sign.

The aubergines with ricotta was to die for and the filetto du manzo melted in the mouth!

No, another wonderful evening, yes, it isn't that easy to find, but it's worth the effort. Oh, and by the way, the suggested wine and the home made bread were delicious.

C u there, fir be assured, I'll be back

We arrived as the chef was just returning from buying his produce and were welcomed to our table. Our meal both looked and tasted beautiful and the portion sizes were perfect. We also shared a selection of desserts which were also delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. It was definitely one of our best meals in Sicily. It was just a shame that, apart from one other single diner, there was no one else enjoying this wonderful food.
