Very good value, very clean, helpful and friendly staff, good service. Lovely beach, good breakfast! Ideal for a short stay whilst exploring. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if needed.

The hotel is situated on a big beautiful beach, all you have to do is to say where you want your chairs and umbrella and the beach staff set it up for you ( there was never any issues with getting beach loungers). Some other parts of Chaweng only have a small strip of a beach so we really appreciated ours. The pool is also nice, in a luscious green setting.
Breakfast buffet was way better than we expected for a 3 star (We have had breakfast like this ( omelette station, lots of fruit, veg, cold cuts, hot items) in 4-5 star resorts.
We stayed in the regular room, which was clean but in a need of some TCL.Where this hotel loses the last star rating is in comfort - the beds in both of our rooms were ROCK hard and extremely uncomfortable.
Overall great stay though and pleasant surprise.

Good place, bungalow near the beach.
Breakfast hudge and good service for breakfast and beach for umbrella.
Good location.

The service of the reception made that we put only 3 stars.
No information about towels for the beach. Long time for check-in.
During the departure for an excursion, we were very surprised about the way they talked to us.
We were on time according to the agency but the shuttle was waiting us and the receptionist came to the bungalow. The receptionists spoke to us unproperly.

We checked in for 5 nights in a deluxe room, after 2 nights we received an unexpected free upgrade to a beach bungalow. The staff at the reception are very nice, this made our holiday complete. We loved staying here.

The hotel is at the southern end of Charweng beach and behind a small promontory is Chaweng Noir which is a small secluded beach. It's position means it far enough away from the noise and bustle of the town but still within easy walking distance.
The resort is quite substantial offering various grades of rooms in small blocks to small individual bungalows on the beach.
The resort is graded as 3* which is fair. We stayed in a deluxe room, more than adequate in size, balcony, bath with overhead shower, tv, minibar/fridge, safe and air conditioning. I will say that the mattress and pillows are on the very firm side. The housekeeping staff are delightful and the room is made up everyday & fresh water supplied.
The resort doesn't look much from the front on arrival but as you walk through the reception area the first thing you notice is the large swimming pool with plenty of loungers around the outside. There is a poolside bar and towels are provided free for pool and beach use.
The gardens are well kept with a large array of birds to be seen. The beach is only metres away with lovely sand and coconut palms fringing the edge. The sea can sometimes have big waves and at other times will be calm and a beautiful turquoise.
Once again sun lounges and umbrella are all included. There is a bar on the beach for drinks and light food.
There is a restaurant on sight and the breakfast buffet is astonishing in its variety and quality, special shout out to the omelette lady as they are gorgeous and we will miss these.
There are many bars, eateries and shops nearby.
All in all this is a gem.
