Upon arriving you will receive a welcome drink which is a nice touch, it was bucketing down with rain when we arrived but the staff were very attentive and provided huge umbrellas for us to walk to our Villa.
We booked into the Pool suite villa which was the largest in the resort and it is nothing short of stunning. Huge living space, two massive bathrooms/showers, a big bed which is so comfortable, and a private heated pool to die for. It is so private as well, we hardly saw anyone for five days.
Staff are extremely helpful, they will attend to any queries you have. Restaurant food is great and so is the daily breakfast.
The only annoying thing for us was charging 1000 pesos for our family guests,(kids) per child to use our swimming pool that we had paid £1800 for a five night stay. It’s not a cheap place to book and so I though that was a little over the top.
We will definitely stay again though, save save save save.
