My friend and I recently visited the hotel for a nice relaxed week in the sun! The hotel was lovely and clean and the entertainment team did a great job at keeping us happy (although their evening shows weren’t the best)! Because the evening shows weren’t the best we took the 5 minute walk around the corner to a local bar called Route 66 that had live rock n roll bands every night! They were brilliant. The pool is great and the selection of drinks at the bar too. We went all inclusive and there was a great range of different food every day all well cooked! There’s lots to do if you are willing to explore. All in all it was a lovely get away.

When we booked the holiday there was no mention of building works going on! Sat by the pool was very noisy with them going on. Woman on reception was damn right rude and called me a liar, all over a room number .

Entertainment team are fantastic and the evening shows are a must watch! Lion King is especially brilliant!! My hubby was amazed with what they managed!

The food is what you expect from a 3 star hotel and this is exactly what it is.

Our room had cockroaches but the minute we mentioned it the staff did their best to get rid of them! It’s a hot country and no amount of spray is going to get rid of them completely!!

Would I return? Yes if I had to but I would know I would have a fab time with the entertainment, would I choose this hotel again out of many others as our first choice? No.

Just spent a week all inclusive at this hotel, although I couldn’t fault the hotel or the staff who were friendly the food at lunch and in the evening leave a lot to be desired, breakfast was the normal of continental and English but needed warming up was quite good, lunch and evening meal was always cold and repetitive, bland and not appetising at all, spent most of the time eating at the snack bar, really needs looking at, the onsite Italian was not what I expected, also cold and unappetising, I personally wouldn’t recommend it, at the bar or dining room you couldn’t get a drink of water unless you paid for a bottle or if you drank sparkling, I understand that they do specify that water is bought locally but not to even get a cup full at the bar was a bit much, the cleanliness of the hotel and around and the pool was always been cleaned. The entertainment was always in French so geared more to them than the English, the pool bar through the day was great but closed at 6, the pool also at 6 and if anyone was still in got whistled at by the lifeguard and pointed at to get out a bit harsh when it was hot and children still wanted to play, quite abruptly told off, the evening bar area was ok, small bar and not enough seating outside, had to keep fetching tables and chairs out, the chairs inside were very uncomfortable so spent most of our time playing cards on the balcony, all entertainment was geared towards the French so couldn’t understand what they were saying and doing, spent more time shouting at each other, really need to sort that out. All in all I would recommend the hotel as a self catering unless the food became more edible, wouldn’t rush to go back.

Room Tip: We slept in 210 try not to as there was a loud banging noise all night near the lifts, good job I had ear plugs

Dear Client.

We feel that the services of the hotel, m have not been of his total pleasure, although we do not understand very well what the food is repetitive, since we have a buffet with a rotation of fourteen days.
We understand that the food may be to your liking or not, but not that it is repetitive.

Greetings.

A bit dated but for a quick cheap break it’s just ok. The pool is freezing and the animation team only entertain in French but the staff are friendly. All inclusive is €19 per person per day which isn’t bad as it includes drinks. Don’t bother with the Italian restaurant it’s the same bland lukewarm mush as the main restaurant but with less choice.

Dear Customer.

Thank you for taking a part of your time to describe your stay at Tamaimo Tropical and we have not been as pleasant as you wish. But for example we have an animation for all kinds of clients and nationalities.
As for the different feeding points, they are totally different and they complement each other ....

Greetings.
